Madinah Entertainment Complex

Project Brief

The Madinah Entertainment Complex is a major new destination in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, covering over 100,000 m². Developed by Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), it features a variety of attractions including family entertainment, e-karting, cinemas, bowling, and dining. With a big investment, the complex aims to boost leisure options and support Vision 2030’s goals for entertainment and tourism. The project is expected to open in 2025. 

The Landscape Company was responsible for delivering both the softscape and hardscape works across the Madinah Entertainment Complex. The softscape scope included planting, irrigation systems, soil preparation, and all greenery works to enhance the outdoor environment. The hardscape scope covered epoxy resin floor coatings, stamped concrete flooring, polished concrete flooring, and other external surface treatments to provide durable, high-quality, and visually appealing finishes throughout the site.
