Yanbu Entertainment Complex

Project Brief

The Tabuk Entertainment Complex is a major new leisure destination in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, covering around 40,000 m². Developed by Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), it features family entertainment centers, e-karting, cinemas, bowling, adventure golf, and retail outlets. Designed with inspiration from Tabuk’s agricultural heritage, the project supports Saudi Vision 2030’s goal to expand entertainment options. It is expected to open in 2025. 

The Landscape Company executed extensive hardscape works for the Tabuk Entertainment Complex, including kerbstones, stamped concrete, and interlocking pavements. The scope also covered softscape activities such as planting, soil mixing, root barrier installation, and more. Additionally, external site furnishings were provided, including tree grates, concrete trash bins, fixed bollards, and a green wall feature, contributing to the project’s vibrant and sustainable outdoor environment.
