Job Summary
Manage and archive company/project documents while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Organize and archive documents and correspondence.
- Track drawings, submissions, and approvals.
- Maintain up-to-date document records.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and QA/QC procedures.
Qualification
- Diploma or relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of document control experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Document Management Systems (DMS)
- Gulf experience preferable
