Amaala – Staff Village – Red Sea

Project Brief

 The AMAALA Staff Village is a purpose-built residential community located along Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast. Covering approximately 1.5 km², it is designed to accommodate around 20,000 staff and workers who will support the AMAALA luxury tourism destination. 

As part of Saudi Vision 2030, the staff village is planned as a sustainable, resort-style living environment, featuring high-quality housing, communal amenities, and green spaces. It emphasizes walkability, well-being, and environmental performance, with goals including net-zero carbon emissions and MOSTADAM Gold sustainability certification. 

The Landscape Company was responsible for delivering the hardscape finishes across the development. Their scope included high-quality textured concrete work for walkways, plazas, and other public realm surfaces, helping enhance the aesthetic and functional quality of the outdoor spaces.
