Our Scope of Work
Our scope at Seven Tabuk covered irrigation system installation, planting, hardscape works, and street furniture. This meant managing the landscape as a complete system rather than a series of separate trades, with softscape and irrigation developed alongside the hardscape to support the site once complete. The combination of works reflects the scale of a commercial development where the ground plane, planting, and water delivery all need to function together.

The project carried a short-notice implementation timeline, which put pressure on how quickly softscape works could be established and maintained on site. To manage this, we assigned a dedicated team to carry out manual irrigation, ensuring the planting received consistent care during the period before automated systems could take over.
