About the Project

Seven Entertainment Complex – Yanbu is a 10,000 m² commercial development in Yanbu, where The Landscape Company delivered hardscape and street furniture works for Seven Entertainment Complex. The project has run over a two-year duration and is currently in its snagging phase. The scope brought together paving, rip-rap installation, and site furniture as part of the same hardscape delivery.

Our Scope of Work

Our scope on this project covered paving installation, rip-rap installation, and the supply and fitting of bicycle racks and benches. The hardscape works have been completed, forming the surfaces and site furniture that support how the development is used day-to-day. Bringing paving and rip-rap together within the same scope meant coordinating ground surfaces with the site’s edge conditions as part of one continuous hardscape effort.

Challenges and Solutions

The project was delivered under a short timeframe, which meant the pace of installation had to be increased without compromising the quality of the work. To meet this, we ran two shifts and brought in professional applicators from abroad, allowing the hardscape works to progress at the speed the project required.

Key Features of the Project

The hardscape works made use of paving, tile adhesive, tile grout, mortar bed, and epoxy anchoring. These materials formed the basis of the paving and fixed installations across the site, including the securing of street furniture elements such as the bicycle racks and benches.
