Job Summary
Prepare project estimates and quantities, analyze tenders, and ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs and cost estimates.
- Review tender documents and drawings.
- Perform pricing analysis and risk evaluation.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in estimation or quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
- Gulf experience preferable
