Manage and archive company/project documents while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and archive documents and correspondence.
  • Track drawings, submissions, and approvals.
  • Maintain up-to-date document records.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and QA/QC procedures.

Qualification

  • Diploma or relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of document control experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Document Management Systems (DMS)
  • Gulf experience preferable
