Shura Island – Red Sea

Project Brief

Shura Island is the main luxury destination within The Red Sea Project in Saudi Arabia, covering approximately 5.6 km². It will feature 11 ultra-luxury resorts, a marina, golf course, and high-end residences—all designed to blend with the island’s natural environment. 

As part of Saudi Vision 2030, the island is being developed with a strong focus on sustainability, powered by 100% renewable energy and aiming for net-zero carbon emissions. 

The Landscape Company was responsible for the hardscape work including stamp concrete and pool finishes across various zones within the island.
